Full policy: CarWash Pro Cloud, ValetPro Cloud, and ParkingPro Cloud are products of the same company, Abalon LLC, and share the same technical infrastructure (database, authentication, email delivery, analytics). Who processes your data

CarWash Pro Cloud ("we", "the platform") is operated from the Dominican Republic by Abalon LLC. This policy applies to the CarWash Pro Cloud web/Android/iOS app and the data we process as part of the service.

What data we process

Client business data: business name, legal name, tax ID, address and phone, entered by the admin.
Staff accounts: name, email and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
Service ticket data: license plate (optional), vehicle type, service purchased, amount charged, payment method (we never process or store card numbers).

We do not collect location (GPS) data, do not use advertising cookies, and do not sell data to third parties.

How to delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your CarWash Pro Cloud account and its associated data at any time. Write to privacidad@carwashprocloud.com from the email you use to log in, stating your business name. We verify the request comes from the account owner and process it within 30 days.
