Refunds and Cancellation Policy

About this page: CarWash Pro Cloud, ValetPro Cloud, and ParkingPro Cloud are products of the same company, Abalon LLC, and share the same billing (PayPal) and data platform. This policy applies to CarWash Pro Cloud; the reference version of the shared policy lives at parkprocloud.com/refund.html.

About billing: CarWash Pro Cloud is operated by Abalon LLC. The buyer can see the name of the PayPal merchant account that processes the charge in the PayPal window, the transaction details, or the payment receipt.

All 3 plans (Starter, Plus, Chain): the first 14 days are free and no payment method is requested. You create the account and operate from day one; at the end of the trial you decide whether to subscribe.

Monthly subscriptions

All three plans are monthly. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Business. Cancelling stops future renewals. Once a paid period has started, access continues until the end of that period; partial months are not refunded.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change applies to the next billing cycle; the current period is not prorated.

How to request a refund

Write to soporte@carwashprocloud.com with your account email and the PayPal transaction reference. We respond within 3 business days.
