Terms of Service

About this page: CarWash Pro Cloud, ValetPro Cloud, and ParkingPro Cloud are separate products of the same company, Abalon LLC, and share the same technical and billing platform. These terms apply to CarWash Pro Cloud; the reference version of the shared policy lives at parkprocloud.com/terms.html.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CarWash Pro Cloud, you accept these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

CarWash Pro Cloud is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for running car wash operations: charging by service and vehicle type, cash close, and issuing tax documents according to the business's country.

3. Accounts and plans

Access is organized by business (tenant), with one or more operators. Each plan (Starter, Plus, Chain) defines how many registers and operators can work at once. You can change plans at any time; the change applies to the following billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. That transaction is governed by PayPal's own terms and conditions, not ours; we never receive or store your payment method details.

CarWash Pro Cloud is operated by Abalon LLC. The buyer can see the name of the PayPal merchant account that processes the charge in the PayPal window, the transaction details, or the payment receipt.

4. Tax responsibility

CarWash Pro Cloud provides the technical tools to generate and number tax documents according to each supported country's rules. Responsibility for keeping tax authorizations current (for example, NCF sequences authorized by the DGII) and for meeting the business's tax obligations rests exclusively with the client business.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to another business (tenant).
  • Do not resell access to the platform without prior written authorization.

6. Availability and support

We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app works offline for charging and printing; syncing requires an eventual connection.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced within the platform with reasonable notice.
